I have a total of three Bosch machines at the moment (as well as a fourth, dismantled for spares), and they all have some problems. The WAE24162 works fine, but, giving it a clean down, all the lettering came off the fascia around the touch-sensitive buttons and the detergent drawer... leaving me to try to remember what they all do! Thankfully, the lettering around the rotary dial is more solidly fixed into the plastic! The WFT2800 washes fine, but occasionally, at the end of the final rinse, it grinds to a halt and lights up the drying time indicator, and has to be switched off and back on again to get it to resume the cycle. The drying part doesn't work - I think it might just be the heating element has gone, any ideas? I've also got a WTL6103 condenser dryer which stopped heating - could be the element again, could be the thermostat? Which is more likely to have gone pop?
No photos at the moment, the place is such a tip (in the middle of a restoration project), I have to move a load of crap to get at anything!
