Maybe 2 weeks The bloody transmission locked up tighter than a tick


It would spin out the water but agitation it would burn out belts

Did not catch it and ruined a belt the only time I loaded it closed the lid on the washer closed the laundry room door and went to do work in the house

Thank the washer gods I caught it this time before it ate another belt.

The good news is the Maytag a606s in the basement laundry room is operational again

Hopefully the washer is soon back up and running again. That laundryroom looks a bit sad.
