Definitely NOT from the 1950's but I'm sure we ALL know that.

My guess is early 70's, or possibly very late 60's?

I don't see where they got the idea this was a GE...  I don't think GE ever made a twin-tub!

hasn't this been around before and wasn't it decided it was a Panasonic or something? Ok, maybe not a Panasonic but something not GE but from the Pacific Rim(?)

Yes, it was listed on site sometime last year.

IIRC.

Frist link threw one as showed listing in TN, but the second was correct as recall the Hudson Valley NY location. Know this because was "slightly" interested at the time, but that was before the Maytag wringer arrived. Cannot justify yet another semi-automatic washer purchase. That is unless the rarely used Hoover TT was to get the push, which it won't.

Truth to tell Hoover TTs despite the noise and other faults win points because parts are still somewhat easily sourced, along with a wealth of repair/service information. These Asian built twin tub washers are fun from all kinds of ways, but these days one must be a bit more practical.
