My neighbor Miss Jane had a GE combo in Harvest Gold, and the console was like the one shown. It was installed when the house was built in '71. It broke down a number of years ago, and she got a new washer. However, there was no room for a dryer unless she moved a wall, so she line drys. |

No shipping braces or bolts necessary as this machine has NO suspension, thus, nothing to move around and get damaged.
The final year for the GE washer/dryer combo was 1972. As to when this control panel design started production, I can only guess... perhaps 1966 or 1967??
