People, put down the "Atomic Ranch" and get real!

Down from the original price of $600.  The ad has been running for a couple of months.  They're going to have to cut the current price in half at the very least before they'll have a chance of unloading this fridge.

1962? No coils on the inside, and the control suggests '65. Yes I know, the freezer door does suggest a 62. Wonder if this is a hybrid?

considering buying it

so you think this thing maybe be a frankenfridge? i was thinking about starting some negotiations and have requested more pictures, but I don't know these things as well as y'all so I wouldn't be aware that the parts are mismatched.

Whatever year it is, it's the same as my pink one.

Are we to believe the owner in saying it's a 1962 model?

I think it's a '62 or '63.  The '65 (maybe '64 on?) models have that blue daisy motif all over the interior and this one doesn't.

Again, it's a wide body behemoth so it won't fit for me.  I think these are 33.5" wide.  I need one that's 30.5" wide, which can be easily spotted by the single spinning crisper as opposed to two drawers of different width on the larger models.  The smaller models are not only slimmer, but also shorter.

Not a hybrid - definitely a '62 or '63.
