some machines get a bit finicky when it comes to installing a new belt....as in you have to slide the trans in place, and hand screw in the bolts, then stand the machine up, and reach under to tighten them and keep it centered....then you can lay it back down to attach the pump and tighten the belt.....
but in the mean time.....is the plunger engaging?....sliding the rod on the left causing the yoke to allow spinning to take place? | ||
