Going by the general slience thus far from the "buyer
Am going with we may never know, that is unless something is wrong with the machine and he (or she) must resort to coming here for repair knowledge.
There are several persons trolling CL with adverts lifted from this site seeking "vintage" washing machines. While one active member did fess up, there surely are others out there still in the dark who chose to remain so. | ||

I wanted it. I still do, but I used to, also.
I fear that, given the nature of things in this area, there is a very good chance a non-collector may have snapped it up for scrap. I've been a step behind the scrappers before.
I do hope this went to one of us. I can also see wanting to keep ones acquisition quiet until the truck is unloaded. After all, it ain't over 'till the fat lady sings! Dave | ||
