Hi Kevin First simple thing to do is check the agi & filter pan are tight, take the pan off and make sure the screw is hand tight... Better still take the agi & pan out, and select the machine to spin ....check what happens, does it sound okay?? If its still a problem sounds like it could be the spin brake, either slipped or needs replacing... Does it change from drain to spin still with the loud "clunk" okay??if it doesnt it could be the clutch, these arnt major problems, spares are still easily available.. Cheers, Mike |
