I have seen this POD before, and never really looked at it closely, but the bottom rack of this machine has the bowls loaded incorrectly from what I see, they are facing the wrong way and the wash arm of this 1 arm machine will not clean those bowls. I am surprise that Kitchenaid at this time did not catch this error. Just my opinion.

just one of those things only WE would catch.....

for the most part, pic taken by a photographer, who may not know how to properly load a dishwasher....for the most part, he is given a dishwasher and some dishes, assemble, take a bunch of pics, and then the advertising company takes over to make up a bunch of ads....

as odd as that may be loaded, emphasis was on displaying the pattern of the dish, not the backside....

mistakes will happen....seen on ad, for a dryer, and all the pics were for a washer.....that's where typographical errors reasoning comes in to play...

Yep, I saw it also. Things like that bug the crap out of me. Kinda like scenes in movies where the actor are driving a car, except it's in park.

The cups on the top rack of the toploader also look like they'll get little to no water to wash inside because they are not facing down, but sideways and kinda blocking each other.

Also, I don't have enough experience with that toploader portable to be able to predict if the KA mixer bowl will in fact *fit* when the user tries to close the lid, or if it's there just to look pretty.

Cheers,
