Small

is a BIG point. We have been renting in apartments. This new apartment gave us a tiny refrigerator, for a three bedroom...it's like 18 cu.ft. (not the smallest but too small for us). To make up the difference, we have a second refrigerator stuffed in with the washer and dryers. Can you picture "cozy?". Life is good...not complaining.
