Donald and I went to see Steve Solomon Sunday in Virginia, I FINALLY got rid of those damnable Maytags I had, LOL, Steve had a beautiful early 80s Hotpoint washer for me, as well as a beautiful 1959 Kitchen Aid dishwasher and a Westinghouse vacuum, in addition he cooked a fantastic lunch , salad, pasta with marinara and eggplant parm...If you have never ate at Steves table trust me, you are missing a real treat, even had cake and ice cream for desert, I first met Steve at the Omaha wash in in 2005, and he has become one of my very best friends, If you get a chance to visit him,by all means go, you will find one of the most giving unselfish persons on earth.Pictures too follow....Also got to wash a load in his pristine 62 Norge!!The only downer of the trip was we found a late 50s Norge stove at a estate sale but didn't have room on the truck..oh well, I cant save everything!
