I'm looking for any info on aligning the freezer door on my hotpoint Customline single door. It sags. I can push it up, and it's good for a while, but it isn't straight and will sag back down. I have to set the catch all the way forward and loosen the latch in order to close it. I've tried shimming it with tiny washers, but it didn't seem to help.

Are you sure nothing is bent, weakened or otherwise damaged on the hinged end?

A close-range picture of how your Customline's hinge is configured may help to generate suggestions.  I know there are at least a couple of members here with GE single door Combinations.  If one of them could post a picture for comparison, it might provide some clues.
