I don't remember ever seeing one of these units. It puts me in mind of the one Easy had. It seems like many of the washing machine manufacturers did make a combo unit at some point in the 50's or 60's. This one appears to be mid 69's judging by the knob used on it was about that vintage. I am sure it probably didn't do a great job or hold much of a load. It was probably at best, adequate if this was all the room you had for machines. John L. probably has one of these and I suspect, could tell all about them.

A short-lived production run if I'm not mistaken.

Attention amyofescobar: Here's your holy grail combo! And a Speed Queen, no less.

Handsome machine - looks very much like the Miele W421S. Do any survive? It's interesting to note that it appears to be a soft-mount machine like the Bendix Duomatic, whereas most of the other combos were bolt-downs and spun at half the speed...

I thought the control panel was very smart looking, in cursive writing. They wouldn't do that now on any appliance, since the younger crowd doesn't know how to read cursive anymore because the schools quit teaching cursive. They wouldn't know what they are reading!!!!!!!
I've never seen a Speed Queen combo in all my years.
