I bought a new mattress pad a while ago, decided it was time to toss it in the wash.  Took a look at the care label:

For best results:

Machine Wash Hot, Gentle Cycle.

Do Not Use Only Non-Chlorine Bleach.

Tumble Dry, High Heat

The symbols on the bottom are a little clearer, it indicates no chlorine bleach.

On the plus side, it does indicate I can wash it in HOT water, which is pretty rare these days.  Supposedly has a 10 year warranty, we'll see.

Got a chuckle from your post, Matt. I recently purchased an alarm clock online. Before it even arrived, I received an e-mail from the manufacturer stating that many people were finding the manual a bit difficult to decipher. Judging by the scatter-shot usage of English in the e-mail, I wasn't a bit surprised, LOL.

Most

millenials don't even read manuals. Thats what my son in law the web developer tells me anyway.

I'm almost 25 and I find reading the manual is always the best way to go, no matter if it's a car or a washing machine. Boring but very useful.

It's not a matter of age, I have a friend my age who never reads a manual. If there is something wrong with an appliance, he calls me to ask what could be wrong. Guess what my first question is?
