I wonder if they were letting Mitt Romney design these ranges. I remember pictures of them in magazine ads and could only think WTF?!?

You need to remember that these stoves were designed by the same people that gave us the Pacer.

I saw a Roper range w/ the burner knobs back there behind the burners like that, once--and the thing was a double-oven, so the 2nd oven was an UPPER, right over all that!

I would check to make sure it has top heat for bake. When Kelvinator/Gibson made ranges for WP, there were some with no top heat during bake, but don't know if that was from Kelvinator or elsewhere on the family tree.
