PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CALL. I'm the superintendent of the building. A unit updated their home and I got the washing machine and the drier . They are older model but in excellent condition. The unit it was owned by an older lady so they were used very lightly. They work like new and are very very clean. My price is firm. 50 $ each or 80 $ for both of them.
