Late 50s

Universal , made by Cribben and Sexton company in Chicago, a very high quality range.

Martin, you're slipping.

It says "Universal" in the ad.  That was my guess when I looked at the enlarged picture, and the ad, then Hans, confirmed it.

I hope a scrapper doesn't get to this thing first.

I know it's easy when you're familiar with logo's and can almost identify it with just three letters. I saw "sal" but didn't immediately think "Universal". Anyways, this stove has some clean lines that makes it attractive..but I like a windowed stove myself.

I was thinking too....what the heck is Ralph talking about....

then it hit me to check the box on the right, as most times it's blank, this time they decided to enter the name.....

after all these crazy post lately, I am entitled to one Duh moment.....that would be, what?....1 in over 10,000 postings....
