I've always liked old light fixtures, particularly porcelain ones and bathroom fixtures. I remember the house next to me used to have a chrome florescent fixture in the bathroom with a twist switch and outlet. I remember they said I could have it but my mom said we didn't need it. The other bathroom had a porcelain fixture with outlet and pull chain. I told them I wanted it but they said it broke but they did give me the light socket and pullchain which I still have.

My grandmother gave me another porcelain sconce she found once at a yard sale. Has a rotary switch and outlet but the outlet innards are missing.

I also have a few porcelain fixtures in my collection, mostly new in box ones from Leviton, some have outlets. You can still buy these at Lowes and Home Depot. One I have is brown and stated to be made from a material called Urea on the box.

Another fixture I've always liked is this one, which Westinghouse still makes and I believe it used to be from Angelo lighting. I'm not sure who made these originally, I believe there have been various shade styles made over the decades. My grandmother's house from 1981 had one in one of the bathrooms but I don't think it had a pullchain.

Here's another like that Westinghouse but no pullchain and different shade style.

Wonder how they sell these being that bathroom outlets have to be GFCI?

Hi, Jeannine, I live in central FL.

I ended up finding one of these light fixtures in Home Depot of all places. They did not have the Westinghouse house fixture, but they sell the Progress Lighting model. It looks the same.

I wouldn't quite bet my life but I'm pretty sure we had one with a socket /no pull chain, in the bathroom of the house I grew up in till I was about 9.  It just looks so familiar.
