Too bad it's most likely going to get ripped out.

Those counter tops are as ugly as all the granite ones today, a lot of 60s kitchens were not that great looking and the same is true today, it always amazes me how much money people will spend on ugly kitchens that will look outdated long before there are worn out.

About 1/2 of the newer kitchens I go into every week are ugly, usually granite with a lot of swirls etc is going to look ugly and wood cabinets WITH wood floors almost is never good looking, or a good idea from a design sense, because it clashes too much.

I have a very similar 1966 Flair in white, mine has the self-cleaning oven instead of the pull-n-clean oven.

It looks like the 28" fluorescent light needs to be replaced in this one (or the starter is bad?), I replaced it in mine and they are harder to get and more expensive than regular ones.

Of course, that is NOT the original dishwasher.
