Talked to Alliance a few times last week and was able to reach live knowledgeable U.S. based techs. That and the five-year warranty are big plus to buying SQ/ Alliance. We use Dell for business and pay a lot to have U.S. based support and next day on-site repair when required so it's nice to have U.S. based support baked into the price premium you pay for SQ. I've found U.S. based techs to be much more relatable and knowledgeable vs offshore support working off a script or running you in circles.
I'd called in about a cracked tub cover and they explained how I could swap it in myself and are sending me the parts directly. SQ gave me the option of having a authorized tech install but it's something simple I can do myself. For reference, it's my AWNE92SP113TW01 serial 1710053863 |
