Picked up a Pasco number 4682 soft pipe cutter. Works great on smurf tube and should work just as well on corrugated drain hose. 15 bucks at the plumbing supply store.

Looks like a tool that could cut more than just soft pipes!And the blade being reversible-probably replaceable,too.NICE!! | ||
