What ever it is, it certainly doesn't look like $400 worth. Sort of a garage refrigerator for beer and cheap white wine. In Yucca Valley near Palm Springs.

 

Maybe that's who it belonged to, Professor Marvel.

I think they were a specialty refrigerator maker (like Revco or Sub-Zero). There was a Coldspot pair here several days ago which I suspect may have been sourced from them.
