Hi folks, I would like to fix a Sanyo sw1510 bearing for a dear friend . It is a top loading portable washing machine... I have always worked on commercial front loaders. This will be my first top loading bearing job. Does anyone know where I might be able to find a diagram of this machine and where to purchase seals/bearings online?

Thank you folks

Seals and bearings will be nothing unusual - just take the old ones to a bearing supplier and say "one of each of these please". The seal can be substituted with a standard double lip oil seal of the same dimensions.

the hard part will be getting the old ones out without damaging any castings - if I remember right, the base of the basket is an aluminium casting which seizes on to the spin tube and can be really hard to get off without destroying it.

good luck with it.

Thanks for the reply. Great. This is my first time on a top loader of this kind...

Does anyone have any videos or links for tips on toploaders of this kind? I'd greatly appreciate the advice.

I have this machine in storage. Parts are def no longer available.
I even wrote to Sanyo and they said sorry. Mine was a worn out timer. I fixed it by filing the brass teeth wit a tiny file. It now grabs the mechanism fine but I dont know for how long.
