Just went to start the Kenmore Ultra Wash and nothing is happening. The time will light up and you can hear a faint click. It will cancel and drain and shut off.
I unplugged it and ran my fingers over all the buttons. Still nothing. As I was typing this it was still sitting on the Normal cycle. It all of a sudden started to drain. The dishwasher is probably 23 years old. Is it pooched? | ||

That depends...has your dog been messing with it? LOL Just kidding!!! Do you know if this dishwasher has a separate motor for the drain pump? I was thinking if it does maybe the main motor has a problem and that would explain why it will still pump out. If it is to old to have a set up like that maybe it's a problem with the motherboard.....I am just guessing as I am not appliance repair savvy but I am sure someone who has more knowledge of such things will see this soon and respond.
