hello Greg,  My next door neighbor has a 1960 (I think) Frigidaire Unimatic.  This washer fascinated beyond words.  She would let me watch it thru complete cycles anytime she was do laundry.  Good times, good memories.

I was fascinated

with the design of so many appliances, etc. from the 50's, 60's, and 70's. Even the knobs were styled. Not just blocky pieces of plastic. The Kenmore knobs also.
Buick I.P. and radio knobs had chromed wreaths around the outer perimeter.
