I tend to like vintage Magic Chef ranges, but this design with burners bunched together, not so much.

It's in beautiful shape, but not worth $900.  This will likely be one of those long term listings where the price sloooowly inches its way down to a point where it becomes reasonable.

In an apartment house I lived in many years ago, that same model was in the downstairs kitchen. When citygas went away and it was propane or nothing and that old beast could not be converted, so it was junked. Now natural gas is in every populated area here.

Its just

A few minor adjustments to convert these, the orifice hoods just have to be unscrewed and the by pass reset..These are good baking ranges, but I don't like the burners set this close together.

Magic Chef Stove

Thank you all for your replies to my post.
Sorry this reply is 2 years later ;(
Life got in the way...
The stove is available and the price, if anyone is interested , is negotiable.
I'll be more diligent this time round!
