Interesting.  It appears to be a '59 or '60, but has the revolving shelves instead of the newer swing-out type.  Based on that, I think it's not a Frost Guard model.  Too bad it doesn't cool.

They're asking way too much, and they'll never get it.  Maybe $25 to harvest parts off it, but that's it.

1958 was the last year for the Lazy Susan Shelves

If it were a 1959 or 1960 model it would have the shelves that swing out from the right front corner. PAT COFFEY

Date code (XP) in Serial # is strange. Chart I have shows X not being used until 63 and 64. But P was used to designate 1957.

It's not the letter in the serial number that tells the

appliguy's profile picture
It is the letter AFTER the MODEL number...... i.e my Fridge is a 1957 GE model LM11P...the 1956 model was the LM11N. The above fridge has Lazy Susan Shelves and the light blue interior and a painted freezer drawer which indicates that the above fridge is a 1958 model BH13R. In the 1959 -1964 models GE replaced the Lazy Susan Shelves with ones that swing out from the right front corner......PAT COFFEY
