Hi All,
Firstly, I know I haven't been around much on this forum site, however I have been browsing in the background, I actually forgot my login details, until now!!

I wanted to let you all know that I've been making washing machine videos at the Launderette / Laundromat every Friday, and have been calling it #FridayLaundry . I'm always a big fan of the Launderette, and I'm sure most of you are here too :)
I would appreciate it if you can subscribe to my Youtube channel - glenfieldmathk1.
There isn't many full Length Launderette videos on youtube - so I'm hoping to change that, but need your help by subscribing and liking (and commenting). Subscribe to me, I'll subscribe back (If I haven't already!)

The past two weeks, I've used two brilliant Laundromat machines, from Electrolux (Wascomat/Wascator). The old machines are still fantastic, but these new ones really impressed me! I'd say Electrolux are about the only commercial brand, who have improved year on year, appliance on appliance!

Last week: Good Friday, Happy belated Easter everyone!
This model is the Old - model WE71MP - a 6KG washing Machine (which actually has Electrolux Mop Filter inside the drum). Although no heating element here, as is the case with most laundromat's here in UK or USA, this machine, does have High spin! Particularly love the square design, and shaking spin door!!
This is the older programming, still great!
Two cycles filmed here (hey it was the Easter special!) - Hot wash Heavy Duty (2 Pre-wash, Main wash with pure hot fill - about 70C by time machine filled), and 3 rinses. And a warm wash (still around 60C)
As with all my launderette videos - click in the description - detailed skip times. and as this was an Easter special - I also uploaded a full unedited video - again linked in the video description.
Short drying clip here too! Older dryer!

Next Up - This week:
Yesterday, I visited a brand new (2-3 months old) Launderette, with these new Electrolux models W575H & T5550 (amongst others).
These 8 KG Washing machines, are fantastic! I've never experienced any coin op launderette / laundromat to have internal Heaters!
This video - a true Boilwash! at 95C.
Thanks to "The Laundry Centre" for letting me know - these have the Triangle technology / washing mode - allows the choice of Eco/Normal, Intenisve or speed washing! There are also 3 options (with no additional costs).
The build on this Electrolux is fanstic - brilliant programming, and fastest spins - 1200rpm+!
Also - never experienced a reversing dryer in a laundromat - always fun when you find something new!!
Again - like before - my video description - contains the skip times - to each stage of the cycle!

My Youtube channel, also has over 10 more Launderette videos - full length wash cycles - and of course, my household washing machine, a Hotpoint, which I hope to upgrade soon.
I'm trying my best to film #FridayLaundry weekly!

Enjoy - Thanks :)

Thank you Launderess for your nice comments, glad to be back too!

Yes Helicaldrive - they perform brilliantly - Much better over the old timer driven models (which even they were good!)
