I went to one here yesterday - started at 8 and I was there within 15 minutes after starting. I went specifically for this laundry pair, but was told that they were sold. No prices on either appliance, and I'm betting someone either contacted the seller in advance, or a friend of the family put 'dibs' on them. The house was built in 1976 and they were the first and only washer/dryer for the lady.

Look at that water heater next to the washer! I hope that your ground water is warm because I would hate to heat water for a 1-18 electrically. |

estate sale agents are also dealers, so they are there first. |

estate sale agents are also dealers, so they are there first. They may also price an item so high, so it won't sell, then low ball the family after the sale ends. Then they make a nice mark up on it. |
