Looks like the wringer may have been from another machine with the red safety release bar and the turquoise agitator and knobs on the power control and lid.

This my favorite Maytag wringer model. The tub has a slightly larger capacity than the E models with the double wall aluminum tub.

Normally agitator color matches knob on lid and perhaps control on front. Going by logo decal would say this machine is after 1964 which would mean the "new" and "improved" turquoise agitator.
