grabbed this at the dump today:stripped for parts and examination since all the wiring was missing.Had same shaded pole electric pump as FD F/Ls of the era,and very shallow agitator fins.rest was pretty much the same as the 1990 machine I stripped a couple years back.One good point on these franklin washers is a very good carbon face "mechanical"tub seal VS just a lip seal more commonly used.Appears the breakdown on this '99 washer was leaking lower tranny seal-oiling up the belt...can anyone report if these later version "horizon 2000" washers give decent wash results with the small agitator fins and fluted indexing tub?
