Though the Westinghouse fridge isn't the same year as the trailer, it's nice to see a restoration honoring the period it was built.

That coach is awesome!  Absolutely love how the exterior polished up.  I wish there were more interior shots, but maybe the seller hasn't furnished the coach yet (or doesn't intend to)?  The Spartan coaches were very nice, high-end trailers.

I had an aunt who lived in trailers when I was a kid.  Always admired how space-efficient those homes were.

Beautiful 50's mobile home!

My parents lived in a mobile home in the early 50's, when my dad was in the Army. They were at Ft. Knox (Elizabethtown), KY and Camp Polk (Leesville), LA. They sold it when my dad went overseas, and my mom went back to Hattiesburg, MS to live (and work at Southern Bell Telephone) until he returned.

I'm thinking they said it was a 10'x32', and was the second one they had. The first was smaller at only 8' wide, but I can't remember the length. I have pictures of the later one, but they are stored presently. I remember my mom saying that the first one didn't have an electric refrigerator, but rather an ice box. She said one time the ice all melted, and the pan ran over and flooded the kitchen.
