We are repairing several commercial style whirlpool washers as well as a few dryers.

Have one machine stuck in sensing mode. Ive gotten it to run diagnostic mode once or twice but cant get back into it now
I suspect the lid lock may be throwing a code to main control because one of the tenants here has been prying open the lid lock on several machines. Can someone tell me the probability of this?
