Hi, I'm fairly new to this website, but have been collecting old appliances for a while now. I recently bought a 1963 turquoise Kenmore dryer in beautiful condition, but now I need a washer to match or at least close. Since the dryer has a lighted face panel, I would prefer the washer to have one also. Kenmore is preferred but something close would be fine. It has to be in good condition mechanically, i.e. no leaks (been there, dealt with that, don't want to do it again). Thank you in advance for any help.

And welcome to AW.org
Kenmore made dozens of washers and dryers each year, a bunch of pictures of your exact would help.

Thanks so much. I am waiting to post photos until the laundry room floor is installed. The dryer is wrapped for protection and I don't want to unwrap it until after it is safely in the LR.

Finally had a chance to put up a few pictures of the dryer for which I am trying to find a mate. I would be happy with something close or even similar. Turquoise and a lighted panel are a must, brand is a plus. Can anyone help me find one? Thanks :^)

Thanks hippiedoll, I found the dryer on Craigslist (onecraigs) so there must be a washer out there somewhere in Craigsland with my name on it. :^) P.S I grew up in Phoenix.
