Wow, they do look new, and match well. I've never seen a GE hood like that, variable speed fan looks like. I have seen a Kenmore like that but always thought Broan/NuTone made those. Most GE hoods I ever saw from 80s and 90s had the curved front look and flat on each side instead of that angled design.

I'd be all that GE made is the label on that hood. I thought the same thing as you, Kenmore. lol

Going to use a newer range, THIS would be it, I think about the last good range made.

This was actually the high-capacity hood which was specified for the grill-range (they strongly advised/required using the higher capacity hood so you would get rid of the smoke). They clearly sourced it from Nutone or Broan. The side-vented Roper-supplied stove wasn't nearly as good--this one was gen-u-ine GE.
