Was flipping through pictures tonight
Came across this picture taken in the kitchen of my g and parents first home.

Can anyone here identify the age/brand of the stove in the background?

Granny never made mention of the stove, but often mentioned the second hand Crosley Shelvador fridge they had.

We had a Whirlpool 30” electric stove at our summer cabin when I was a kid. The stove was either a 59’ or 60’ model and it had the burner controls on the front of the stove like the one in your picture. So this may be a Whirlpool. But I’ll bet either Kevin or Hans will know for sure, they are the stove experts.

I'm no expert, but the backsplash and clock have a Tappan Holiday look about them.

Yes, Tappan had electric ranges, and also introduced the first microwave model intended for home use in 1955.
