You would have to make sure you used the hood too. It really completes the look.

Someone sure should

Not only does the hood complete the look, but the cook top is useless without it.

How refreshing that someone wants to place such a nice ensemble in a loving home instead of putting it up on ebay for $5,000.

It’s a shame I live so far away, I have been searching for that exact turquoise set only with a double oven.

Sorry, I didn't look close enough to realize the controls are in the hood. Had a house that had a GE like that.

They're now free

He said he can hold on for 2 more days if someone could come get them. They were his grandma's.

"They were his grandma's."

They must be in excellent shape given that new bit of information.

He should at least try to donate them to the ReStore if they'll take them.  Urban Ore would gladly accept them, but that's a good hour's drive from Sacramento without traffic (like that's ever the case on I-80).

The other thing he should do is post them on SF Bay Area CL and not just Sacramento.   A lot of people don't bother to look at the listings for other areas, but I'm betting someone from the Bay Area would be willing to go to Sacramento to get these.

He tried, ReStore does not take appl. older than 7yrs. They're in very good cond'n, the hood looks new, his grandma did not cook much. He is sad to rid of them but they have to be out of the house (don't know why deadline is this Monday).

We all are lack of space for extra things.
