Really hoping someone here can identify this little guy. There are no markings, model/serials nor manufacturers marks. Found in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Any one seen this before or know anything about it?

Whirlpool Junior wringer washer missing the wringer. I have a complete one. I can post a picture later.
