See leaking coming out of the back of the machine!!Interesting idea but Bissel isn't the best quality. With the leaks you end up picking up the mess--but it leaks right back out again!

I have a product quite similar (The Karcher Window Vac)

It is actually an user error. The product must be placed upright for a few seconds during operation so the liquid can flow to the dirty water container.

If I use my Window Vac to suck large amounts of liquid (dry the counter, for example) and i don't flip it upright for like 2 seconds every few seconds depending on the amount of liquid I'm squeeging, it will do exactly the same.

I have the Karcher Window Vac too and it’s a great little gadget! Saves me loads of time when cleaning the windows and great inside the home for drying off/picking up spills from any flat surfaces....follow the user advice from Thomasortega and you won’t go far wrong!

I have never used the Bissel machine shown in the video clip-kinda looks like it could be handy in messy households-but the leaks could be a problem.Glad its user error and not the machines fault.
