I have the same dryer and it's from 1975. I only paid $50 for it, and I must say it's a pretty well made dryer, and is a lot quieter than the Maytag stream of heat I have, and it dries better too. Some people will nag that the Maytag HOH dryers have a small drum, but they do have a pretty good sized drum, and mine can easily take a load from my Maytag A810 washer.
