If it's a Maytag Stream Of Heat (aka big load) dryer, then the total drum capacity is about 7 cubic feet, and if it's a Maytag Halo Of Heat, then the capacity is about 4.5 cubic feet. I could be wrong about that, but that is what Combo52 told me a while back in a thread I created sometime last year.
