So, i have taken a picture of our stupid crappy Ariston machine at work. Its not working as for now so we only use the Whirlpool machine. The program motor in the Ariston seems to have gone to heaven. It does nothing when you start it. However i have make it spin for a minute or two but thats all action that happens with it.

As you can see the machine stands on a little "pedistal" or what its called.

You can see a little of the shower thats behind the machine. on the side you can see "black". Thats into the locker room where we change our clothes and all that. Hopes the machine gets repaired so i can make a video of it working.

Ariston is definitely made in Italy by the Indesit company.

ariston

I had the Ariston Margherita machine and it was great. 1500 spin made in Italy. All the Ariston branded machines are Italian made but i'm uncertain of the current range in currys as i've not looked on the door for where they are made. My machine was faultless and washed rinsed and spun extremely well and i sold it to a friend after two years heavy use. It is still running strong though. I do know that more recent versions have been unreliable and suffered module failures quite often but they are not all bad. Its an attractive machine and i love the detergent drawer and the the wash action is great fun.

Would you make the video about the Ariston washer action yet?
