First repair on my electronic 90 series dryer. I had this dryer for close to 10 years and never seen a repairman and he's not heating. All I know that I don't hear the normal click when the ignition is engaging. So what a man to to? Get on your knees an replace the ignition! I just hope that is all! No codes shows on the control panel, so I hope that this is the cause of this little malfunction! |

Hey Larry, Is it a gas dryer? Could be a thermal fuse, which is wired in series with the gas valve solenoids. Let me know! |

John, it took me a while but I found it! Since the front cover is off, I've taken the liberty to clean the lint duct assembly and the blower wheel housing and it was very clean. Just a slight build up where buttons would fall preventing blower wheel damage. But overall the complete duct line is free and clear. I will make it out to Sears for that inexpensive part! Wish me luck and thanks for your help! Larry |
