I think this is the KDS19 like my mom had up until a year and half ago. It lasted 25 years. Was noisy but cleaned really well. This model didn't heat when drying the first and last risne water was heated to 150 degrees with the heater on at lower voltage during the wash period. The heat from the last rinse was supposed to dry the dishes. The drying cycle was about 40 minutes with just the fan going. If you wanted really dry dishes you needed to use Jetdry it wasnt a option. The entire cycle time was almost 2 hours. Now today they all run for 2 hours. (It was really ahead of it's time) This particular model 19 series didnt last very long. The 20 series lasted longer when they put back the drying heater. Peter |
