The Oasis/Cabrio handles Bobloads nicely. Even the dryer can handle it. But do you really want to fold ALL those clothes when they're finished? LOL

I haven't Bob-loaded my Kenmore DW but I'm sure it can handle it. It can wash anything clean.

Love that KA dishwasher! They look so classy. Can you load the top rack with silverware, thus eliminating the bin in the lowest rack? Or is it made more for long-handled spatulas, tongs, etc? I'd love to be able to get rid of the silverware basket, thus opening up more real estate in the lower rack.

Quite a BobLoad® in the Cabrio, too! They are a cool-looking machine.

Wow Bobby, you have done things I wouldn't even attempt. On the back left side that skillet, large psta-type bowl, and the cereal bowl all look totally nested together with not much clearance for water penetration. Also on the right side, all those salad type plats faces front seem practically nested together, and let's not forget that white corning dish between those two plates. I am awaiting the results. I HOPE none of that load was prerinsed before everything was loaded.

I wish I could tell just how full a water level the water is on that Oasis load. Looks like quite a challenge.

Well, Bobby, how did that BobLoad® in the Cabrio work out? Or are you still folding, LOL? That looked like a lot of clothes, man!

Does is have that 'turbo zone' at the back of the machine? Is that what the Pro Scrub is for?

Bob, No I didn't pre Rinse, IM way too lazy to do that! Everything looks so nested together but the KA did a fantasic job, which I feel the "ProScrub" helped with!

Oh my! I just noticed the small round casserole nestled between the plates on the right. How'd it come out?

(I would have moved the two thermal mugs more over to the left and placed the casserole in that area.)

Battery Died, didn't get picks of the finished load in the Cabrio, but It did do an excellent job. I love the reverse rollover and was actually surprised that the machine filled it too the top, but i guess that the load sensing REALLY does work! and the DirectInject makes the clothes smell REALLY good too!

I love the new machines!!

Gary, no problem on the pic! Dadoes, the dish came out spotless!

Hi Bobbby,
I didnt realize KitchenAid now offered a 3rd rack. You loaded it beautifully. Im happy everything came out in the wash. The Cabrio looks very interesting also. Is it true that it doesnt fill up with water? Chat with you soon.
Peter

Post# 156223 , Reply# 30   9/21/2006 at 23:29 (6,397 days old) by bobbyd32l ()

Peter: KitchenAid only offeres a thrid rack on the S Series(AKA Superba). And for the cabrio, it only fills with what it "thinks" is necessary for water, so if its only a small load it uses very little water, or like the large load today it used more water. It saves ALOT of water in the long run. Where as most people set it to large and only put a medium load in and waste alot of water, this picks it for you!

wow, i'm pretty impressed. I know there have been lots and lots of complaints about the new kitchenaid tall tubs since they came out. do you feel that they have improved them somehow?
if this is so, i'd gladly put a new kitchenaid back on my list.
until then i'm sticking with GE's tall tub.

Again, I love your KA dishwasher! Thanks for the 'after' pics of the load. I think the ProScrub feature is a great idea. Isn't it fun to get new appliances?

John, I do feel that Whirlpool has put alot more into the KA line to once again make them the top of the line. The Kenmore's where kicking the crap out of them and I dont think that Whirlpool liked that. They stepped up (price too) and made them what they once where!

Eugene, new appliances are fun! You can also See our New Kenmore Bottom mount freezer in the back!
