Yesterday (21 september) we collected some more machines to recycle. I had only recycled 4 from the last time so we only took 4. It was as follows: 1 upo, 1 Bosch Maxx, 1 Siemens and One Aeg lavamat that is similar to the one lavamat jon has.

I took a video clip where i,m showing the machines.

Then i began recycling the Upo machine. I removed the glass door and funny enough, it had a guest. A spider that was running around there. I quickly grabbed my camera and took a clip of the spider running about.

That Upo is an Italian Bendix, like we discussed recently in the Imperial Forum. I remember the sound the timer made.

I would like to see more of the AEG. What is wrong with it? It seems a quite young machine, although it is older than Jonathan's, this one still has the Programme selector on the left and the detergent drawer on the right.

Thanks for sharing.

I havent recycled the AEG yet but i have removed the top from it. The drum moves smoothly and the motor sounds ok. My guess on what problem is either bad cole or failed electronics.

By the way, found a coin in the drum when i opened the door. Who knows, maybe the pump has got stuck or something.

Usually this days, at least here in Sweden. People throw their machines away even if itīs just is the cole that needs to be changed.
