Actually, these aren't vintage at all. Plastic Hotpoint clones from the mid-90's; these were sold under MANY brands from what I've seen. I refer to machines such as these as "Super-BOL"...white plastic tub, black version of the FlexCare agitator. 1 water level, 1 speed, 1 cycle, and either 1 temperature combination or temperatures on the dial...can't get any more basic than this.

Did I mention...

The idiot is obviously w**-dreaming if he thinks he can get $120 for these things. Probably didn't even pay that much for them new...

Why is this on Imperial anyway?

It's funny how in the Questions section of the ad says, the seller claims the machine is only 3 years old...I don't think so......

might be bol, but a good basic machine

I had a friend who had this set. Definitely BOL, but these machines did a great job if you didn't overload and sorted correctly. The ones my friend owned had a choice of warm or hot on the timer, and if you wanted cold, you had to turn off the hot water, but the rinse was cold regardless of the wash temp. The dryer had great airflow and dried rapidly. I think he bought his about '00 from Wards. During his final illness, I did his laundry for him and got to know these machines well...but I have to admit, I brought the "special" and very large loads home to do in my Dependable Care.
