Patrick in Portland called my attention to this matching set of pink Maytags (thank you) but since neither one of us is too interested here they are. If I can be of assistance let me know as they are not too far away.

Hey Glenn - what about your friend who would go postal just to get her hands on these?

Great set - bad picture!

While you are picking up the Maytag washer and dryer, perhaps you could get a good deal on these parts too...

control panels

eddy1210's profile picture
Hi Greg, are all Maytag control panels interchangeable? For instance, could I put an A806 control panel (hypothetically) on this pink washer without drilling or modifying it? Do you know if these had lighted control panels, it's not obvious by the picture.

You can't see the washer panel, but it looks like these are a A700/DE700 series set from the early-mid 60's. The later A806 panels wouldn't work on them as the machine tops are different and the dryer is wider than it's later versions. They are lighted panels though, someone got a nice find today!

Also on Seattle Craigslist - more pink!

Wow, pink range

To me that looks like BOL. BUT, the panel looks rather large for just BOL. It is as if someone covered over and painted the spot for the clock. I mean there is a plug. Why would there be a plug without clock?

The link above was bad. This one still works.
