That agitator is the same as an Aussie Hoover Premier, from late 1980s. The AU machine doesn't have that collar around the top, though. But those angled vanes on the flat base are just the same. The Hoover Premier machines rated very well for wash performance. Chris. |

and here is just another brand of washer used here in brazil that I photografed (this is the most used model fron the principal brand, brastemp, that is manufactured from Whirlpool!) notice the front painel! |
