Came across this and thought there must be someone wanting an insight into their manuals.

From this page, skip the intro and go into main range and navigate from there. every product (i think) has a downloadable manual. There are even retro washers!!!!!

Hope it works and if there are any manuals missing, please don't shoot the messenger!!!!

Peter

Wow... very nice! Haven't heard much good about Smeg washers, but these 50s units really do look nice!

Retro & pricy, this has a door like a fridge and has door shelves to store bottles & powder etc...you then open the inner door as normal to load and programme....

Just ordered one for a friend so will do a vid n pics shortly...

Was just saying to Darren, that it is a pity though that it isn't a real 1950's washer inside!

£699 for a 1600rpm, 5kg machine, now if it was in gun metal black...Hhmmmmm

1950's machine, think Bendix semi-automatic, one hose fill ,8 min timer, fill to yout own level, rinse as long as you like and spin till the cows come home.....magic

nice lookin machine..but i think it wud've been nice if they'd concerntrated on makin the controls n door abit more classic instead of a 2006 model inside a 50s cabinet!

Smalterie Metallurgiche Emiliane Guastalla,
In my opinion they tend to do quite cheap products in retro or steel appearance. You can very often find washing machines and dishwashers trashed after few years of use. Dishwashers have the "orbital" system which consist of a small counter rotating spray arm hinged to the bigger one. This system applies to the bottom spray arm only.

I am such a geek, when I saw the word Smeg, I thought this might be a Red Dwarf discussion :-)
